Each item is backed by our return & exchange policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
Eligibility for Exchange

Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery by contacting our Returns & Exchanges Department at espueladesignco@gmail.com.

Only items that are unused, unworn, unaltered, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging will be accepted.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all exchanges.
Exchange & Store Credit Terms

Exchanges: If your desired size, color, or style is available, we will gladly exchange your item once the original product is returned and inspected.

Store Credit: If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Refunds: Refunds are not available, though we gladly provide exchanges to make sure every order meets your expectations.
Return Process

Contact our Returns & Exchanges Department at espueladesignco@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, alteration, odors, or without original packaging will not qualify for exchange or store credit.

Espuela Design Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Exchanges and store credit are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
